Serum progesterone levels below 9.43 ng/mL (30 nmol/L) can be used in combination with β-HCG detection for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.

Consensus on clinical diagnosis and management of diminished ovarian reserve

Consensus recommendations suggest using AMH, AFC, basal FSH, and age to comprehensively assess ovarian reserve function.

AMH: AMH < 1.1 ng/ml indicates DOR.

Basal FSH and E2: Basal FSH ≥ 10 IU/L for two consecutive menstrual cycles suggests DOR.

DOR: Diminished Ovarian Reserve.
